World Vape Show Dubai to Launch New Initiative: International Buying Groups

Human resource management is undergoing profound digital transformation, from recruitment to performance management, with every aspect embracing new technologies.

For World Vape Show 2025 we’re launching a brand-new initiative: International Buying Groups. This initiative has been designed to bring targeted groups of buyers from specific geographies directly to the show, ensuring a more efficient and focused approach to business matching.


What are International Buying Groups?

We have carefully identified and invited buying groups from regions with high industry demand and strong market potential. These groups consist of pre-qualified buyers, distributors, and key decision-makers looking to source new products and establish long-term partnerships. Each group is curated to represent their region’s growing vape industry, offering exhibitors the chance to tap into new and emerging markets with confidence.

Targeted Areas for 2025

In 2024, we attracted attendees from 94 different countries, and will be looking to do the same, and more in 2025. After much research and consultation, we will be focusing on, and highlighting 4 of the key buying groups at the show. Those 4 specific buying groups targeted will be from Saudi, North Africa, South Africa and a select group of VIPs from the tobacco industry.

How will these groups be identified?

We are doing a number of things to raise awareness of our buying groups including communications (via email/social) announcing their involvement / arrival at the show, they will have their country name highlighted on their badges and they will have a different colour lanyard so they will be more easily identifiable. Keep your eyes peeled for them in our pre/onsite comms and at the show.
